Eso' Tre
The God outside of us is also within us.
Eso' Tre is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native, now based in Orlando, Florida, where he is currently a student at Full Sail University. He is an R&B and hip-hop artist, engineer, producer, and the founder of his independent record label, Vibration Music.
His hip-hop and R&B style reflects the storytelling, introspection, and melodic abilities of artists like J. Cole, Brent Faiyaz, and Bryson Tiller. He seeks to cultivate his own unique sound as he blends consciousness, freedom, soulfulness, sensuality, and alternative vibes.
As both a creative and leader, he empowers artists by reminding them that the God outside of us is also within us, and we are capable of creating beyond our limits through vibrational frequency. He drives cultural transformation through his platforms and his work in the Midwest.

Kara Carter is the 'Day One' visionary who ensures that every strategic move at Midwest Link is backed by financial integrity and administrative excellence. As Financial Director (CFO) and Accounting Director, she oversees the treasury and financial accounting for the entire Midwest Link ecosystem.

Angel Dickerson — known as Reka — is the foundational force and the original 'Link' who helped build this venture from the ground up. She is the operational bedrock and the strategic glue that has kept the Midwest Link mission cohesive and thriving since day one.

From Northwest Link to Midwest Link
Midwest Link was born from the vision of Northwest Link — a Tacoma-based magazine and artist development agency that proved that strategic support, creative talent, and community investment could transform regional culture.
When key leaders like Kara Carter and Halisi Wisdom brought that blueprint to the Midwest, they didn't just replicate a model — they adapted it to the unique needs, rhythms, and opportunities of Southwest Michigan. Today, Midwest Link stands as an independent, community-rooted organization with its own identity, its own leaders, and its own growing legacy.
